About The Program
Welcome to the Northern Ohio Distillery Passport!
The Northern Ohio Distillery Passport program is a collaborative effort of independent local craft distilleries located in Northern Ohio. The idea is to introduce to you some of the fine craft spirits being produced right here in your very own backyard. We invite you to come out to these amazing participating distilleries, try some products, and get your passport stamped. As a result, when you get all the stamps (located in the middle of the passport booklet), you secure your ticket to the annual Distiller’s Ball. This is, quite literally, the best party you’ll attend all year. Be quick though, the window to collect your stamps is only open from April 1st 2023 to October 1st 2023. Now you finally have the reason you’ve been looking for to visit the unique local distilleries northern Ohio has to offer and sample the amazing local small batch spirits they’re producing as well.
2) Pick Up Your Free Passport
Passports are completely free and available at all distillery locations. Just ask for one.
3) Take A Tour And/Or Get A Tasting
Take a tour of the facility and/or get a tasting sample to check off that distillery from the list.
4) Get Your Passport Stamped
Before you leave from your visit, get your passport book stamped from that distillery.
5) Do The Same At All Participating Distilleries
Visit the rest of the participating distilleries and fill your passport with all the stamps by 10/01/23.
6) Complete Your Passport
After all your stamps are collected, follow thew instructions on the stamp page of your passport. That will put you on the guest list for this year’s Distillers Ball.
7) Attend The Distillers Ball
Completed passports get you invited to the Distillers Ball, a free event featuring all of the participating distilleries, food, entertainment, music and of course cocktails.

The 2023 Distillers Ball will be held on Saturday, November 25th, 2023 at The Blue Heron Event Center in Medina Ohio. This is an annual formal attire masquerade event featuring complimentary cocktails from each of the distilleries in the passport program as well as gratis food and other entertainment. All you have to do to secure your invitation is complete the passport by getting all your stamps before October 1st, 2023. You don’t want to miss this event. The ONLY way to secure your ticket is to complete your Northern Ohio Distillery Passport.
